Tera Melos may have seemed to have been quiet these past few months while their search for their new drummer was happening, but in typical Tera Melos fashion they will always surprise you.
In their so called "downtime" Nick Reinhart managed to write and record a Full length album in his new band he started with Zach Hill called bygonesthe album entitled by- will be seeing a March 2009 release on Sargent House. The good news is they did find their new permanent drummer who goes by the name of John Clardy. Keeping it light while breaking him in, Tera Melos decided to have some fun and record some covers of an interesting batch of favorites. Hence Idioms Vol I - and since they are covers they will never be for sale, they will be FREE.

This all called for a celebration, so of course that involved taking John out into the public, the band released Misadventures a strange clip to let the world in on their new John, while tipping their hats to another chap by the name of John, in this never, well maybe before seen interview.
and now it's back to work playing live - Tera Melos will be headlining a string of West Coast dates, these will be John's first with them.
